Sarah “Intellagirl” Robbins
Sarah “Intellagirl” Robbins is a PhD candidate in Rhetoric and Composition at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. In addition to her use of Second Life in composition classes, Sarah conducts research to measure levels of learner engagement in virtual environments. Sarah also consults with local K-12 English teachers to help integrate technology into their classrooms. Other research includes rhetoric in social networking and content tagging, developing games to teach academic skills, and collective intelligence and epistemology.
